I heard good things from other landscape company’s in the area, I brought one of my trucks with its full stock equipment for spring service as a test to see how they would do. I was extremely happy with the service and price was amazing compared to this giant company I was taking my equipment too. I am bringing the rest of my equipment here for now on. " My snowblower broke down in the middle of high season. Even at a time when I'm sure Ferraro was swamped with business, my repair was handled well from beginning to end. A friendly voice on the phone to arrange pickup, on-time pickup on the appointed day, a quick turn-around for the repairs, and delivery when promised. All at a reasonable price. It couldn't have gone better"
"Really great, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced service. These guys really know what they're doing. I've had them work on a generator and most recently on my 20 year old Toro snow blower. Finally stopped working after providing 20 years of maintenance-free service. Ferraro not only fixed it, but cleaned and reconditioned it, repainted some rusty parts, did an overall fantastic job for less than I expected (and WAY less than a new snow blower.) Really smart guys who know these machines. Cash or check only, but a small inconvenience for such great service."
