"Really great, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced service. These guys really know what they're doing. I've had them work on a generator and most recently on my 20 year old Toro snow blower. Finally stopped working after providing 20 years of maintenance-free service. Ferraro not only fixed it, but cleaned and reconditioned it, repainted some rusty parts, did an overall fantastic job for less than I expected (and WAY less than a new snow blower.) Really smart guys who know these machines. Cash or check only, but a small inconvenience for such great service."

Despite what I'm sure is a busy time of year for Ferraro, the repairs were handled well from start to finish: a friendly voice on the phone to schedule pickup and delivery, the pickup was on time, the repairs were handled expeditiously, and the unit was delivered back at the day and time promised. All for reasonable price. The whole process could not have gone any more smoothly"
